Pour la nuit des chercheurs 2024, Esther et Herbert ont proposé aux participants de réfléchir aux phénomènes physiques qui mettent la matière en mouvement. Pour cela, les participants se sont embarqués dans un voyage interplanétaire. Sur chaque planète, identifiée avec une boussole en prenant un azimut (vive le champ magnétique terrestre !), une énigme en lien avec le thème du mouvement permettait de découvrir un mot-mystère. Si le mot-mystère était trouvé, les participants pouvaient déposer un petit monstre sur notre mobile, en essayant de rééquilibrer judicieusement le mobile de sorte à ce que le centre de gravité se trouve toujours à la verticale du point de suspension. Le jeu a eu beaucoup de succès, merci à tous les participants !

For the 2024 Researchers’ Night, Esther and Herbert invited participants to think about the physical phenomena that set matter in motion. To do this, participants embarked on an interplanetary journey. On each planet, identified with a compass by taking an azimuth, a riddle related to the theme of movement allowed them to discover a « mystery word ». If the « mystery word » was found, participants could place a small monster on our mobile, trying to judiciously rebalance the mobile so that the center of gravity is always vertical to the point of suspension. The game was very successful, thank you to all the participants!
